GX potential

They have rejected a big offer from FNC for Cloud according to Lembo. But apparently Cloud will/wants to stay most likely. Other than that they are keeping Pipson and most likely purpo. Everyone else is in big doubt. According also to Lembo, GX has advanced talks with a RFA top EMEA duelist which means they want purpo on flex which I fucking love. And also apparently they are finding it easy to approach players because a lot of people want to play with Cloud. So the roster as of now looks something like this:

Cloud Initiator/IGL
Purpo Flex
Top duelist (if they manage to close it out)
Unknown smoker (Not necessarily fitinho/hoody)
Unknown sentinel (Not necessarily fitinho/hoody)

purp0 is fine as duelist and i wouldnt want to kick fitinho because hes really good

they should try get dos9 as sentinel

nah purp0 is a really good duelist
he had highest fk to fd ratio in vct emea by far
it just didnt matter since his team wasnt setting him up properly and redgar was getting outcalled so purp0 had to entry stacked sites

if they manage to find other good tier 2 or tier 1 talent then they have a huge chance to become one of the best teams in emea

it just didnt matter since his team wasnt setting him up properly and redgar was getting outcalled so purp0 had to entry stacked sites

He IGLed the last 3 games of the season and looked really well. That being said it's not guaranteed yet, if they find a good IGL they might still choose to go that route

Role wise it gets interesting because who would then play duelist and controller?

fnatic has lots of time to experiment with roles

if they don’t go full russian/ russian-speaking delete the org. now is their chance to actually do something and finally get a cis team back in t1.

like most emea teams GX always a core with potential, idk if pipson can do a good job tho, I hate the valorant his teams play even if I recognize he knows a lot about the game, also too much of a dictator wanting to be a protagonist and not understanding he is a coach and not igl, should give more freedom to players and not use that weird system where no igl is needed, I am so excited for EMEA next season, the level could be insanely high if teams do their rebuilds properly and from what I have seen teams are targeting the right players and no recycling
