cs is not popular in korea lmao and in china they only play because of skins, but yes its solely due to the west having way more tac fps experience overall. East is still playing catch up so china winning champs was wild. It might be faster than 2-3 years like you said.

CS is still more popular in china and korea compare to other regions back then, even when csgo release

The scene was so small that the 2 team that existed couldn't even find teams in Korea to scrim. The only 'fps' they played was overwatch

Japan is more likely to be one tbh, the amount of investments even T2 orgs commit to the scene is crazy.

It's like they're so hell bent on catching up

South east asia: Mobile MOBA game
China: All
Korea: similar to china but less competition due to population
South Asia: Meh
