Short answer ; SEA is decent but overstacked, Japan may fit for ping reason, Central Asia should be better in long term but... War is a thing

I have interest in Valorant in every country because I'm a geographee addict (My degree is basically about stat and geography), so expect me to cover more structural things, like T2 boundaries ! (And lets be honnest, the Mongolian question is an interesting subject, and make me thing about a lot of other intresting subject to guess what would be the best decision)

Mongolia is part of SEA in Dota duh, Japan/Korea doesn't want them & Riot doesn't even have a league for Russia like (Eastern Europe in Dota), where do you think they should go?
