Is it me?

I don't know if its just me but when I try to shoot someone in the head, the bullets somehow go around the enemy's head instead. Im pretty sure my game is bugged and Riot is preventing me from becoming a Radiant, I dont know what they want from me but it's not cool for them to do this to me, It's very unfair man. To compensate me for this, I want every skin game and a riot gun buddy.
