That's the problem, there is no market for igls in EMEA. I really like Boaster but he's unable to focus on his individual performance because of his micromanaging. He should take the Haodong route but realistically there's no option to replace him. He's still an A tier igl.

Boaster is good, but honestly he needs to teach the others how to micromanage them selves and make sure they stick to the plan on their own, I think that would open the opportunity for him to carry a bit more weight in terms of frags.
If that doesn’t work maybe a coaching position would be best for him, look at what happened to Haodong and EDG. Hiro is also a once in an era player to come across, so it might be a massive waste to let him sit on the bench or let him go
