people's memory is also not relevant to a regions total accomplishments. You may view a 2nd place finish as being as good as a last place finish but most people do not, so do not talk like your the majority on this opinion.

you are faulting china for something they werent apart of. more opportunities provide more more quantity of rewards, which also means the quality of each placement go down. its more impressive for me to win in 1 event over 1 event, than you winning 1 event and getting second in another of 10 whole events

yes, but u specifically state (accomplishments) a teams accomplishment cannot be changed but only gained, you cant just weigh a teams accomplishment as more than other teams bc they had less time in vct.
