Tbf china has had an excellent ecosystem for development, being given a 10-11 team franchise system to teams can improve together, go to internationals, learn and improve more and bring international gameplay to the regional franchise system
India has one team that has only been to lock//in and sucked that isn’t even full Indian so it’s kinda hard to develop the country as a whole
Sadly most of the playerbase in India don't have good PCs. The ones who do come from environments where becoming an engineer is a better option (low-risk, longer career, more socially accepted).
I moved from India to the US, and the main difference I see in players is the reaction time (game sense and mechanics feel at the same level). It makes me feel like a higher percentage of the players have a decent PC in NA.
