I still remember when the Raptors lost to the Cavs in 2016 but we were still celebrating and being so damn loud that LeBron had to stop his post game interview to show love to the Toronto fans. I just hope we are able to bring even a fraction of that energy to Masters Toronto.

the first time I ever watched basketball was the 2019 playoffs and even though im australian, im half canadian so i automatically started going for the raptors and they ended up winning

that kawhi shot is easily the greatest shot in the history of the nba and if kawhi never left, the raptors would have repeated

you will find places below 3k, my rent is $1,800 a month. Downtown you wont find anything good for under $2,400 for even a 1 bedroom

not really, downtown is just where most of the office/business life is so to live there and be close to everything costs more for "convenience" even though it is very much worse to live there just based off of noise alone.

Toronto is massive. Depends where you go, how much demand there is for housing.

I'd say $1600 for a single bedroom is bare minimum. I'm paying $650 all inclusive for a bedroom in a 8 person house (student).

Ofc if ur downtown, price per square foot value will go up crazy high
