VCT vod idea

If riot is able to release the so called "replay system", i wonder if the players can access the vct games and act like spectators in the vod (Like u can fly around and switch player perspectives instead of stuck in the player the VCT spectators are spectating)

That actually would be awesome cuz a lot of the time I do wanna study a pro vod but just for one agent/player.

This is the first good use of a replay system I've heard.

all the tenz fans would watch his perspective and crash the server, unless they make it like a fortnite event.

tenz in fortnite would be so funny, tenz the rock, sukuna, and oj simpson in the battle bus goes so unbelievably hard

You can already do this in valve's Deadlock (in closed beta)... Riot is just lazy (because they know valorant players will play their shit game no matter what)

im talking about free roam cam, not just pov i want to see the entire map from any angle i want

idk making hella people watch one match would make the servers laggy maybe

unfortunately this will never happen but actually the coolest replay system related idea ive seen yet

I'd love to be able to load replays from the esports tab in-game (maybe attached to the games themselves in the schedule) and see the game from different perspectives, whether that be players or free cam.

You will 100% be able to free cam your own games, but IDK if they will upload pro-matches, mainly because they play on a different patch which will break the replay.

In my head, if the servers can handle tens of thousands of game with 10 players every time I think it can handle the same count ( I don’t think everyone will be watching from the replay system)

well it doesnt have 10k people watching 1 match. also they would have to have the exact delay of the stream other wise spoilers and kills a lot of hype like in clutches.
