Riot might fuck up the next agent

a lot of people are blaming the map pool and although it definitely does promote post plant smoke spam fiestas more than ever before with sunset and abyss, I fear that the problem is a lot more rooted.

I feel like Riot’s gonna justify making the next agent fundamentally broken to shake up this boring one dimensional meta and it’s gonna be a disaster. They did the same shit with LoL way back and they’re going to do it again in order to keep people entertained. Although the last few champs are good picks in ranked, the big issue for Riot is that they’re not being played on stage, so it’s just the perfect set up to have the next agent be Wonder Woman or some shit

2024 might be the best year in terms of agent balance (Ignore the stupid ISO and Neon meta that shit is light comparing to the other insane metas)

agent balance doesn’t equate to better gameplay though, I feel like 2023 had teams be a lot more creative with their playstyles compared to this year

it genuinely feels like I’m watching the same two teams play valorant in every match, EDG is like the sole exception so far because they keep taking the funniest iso duels lol.

im guessing the agent based of the vines things will prob either to grab and stop agents from moving or create somesort of vine wall that you need to spam to destroy (used for like preventing post plant spam while defusing)
