Imagine You’re in Boaster’s Shoes

You’re the IGL of this mechanically gifted team. You’re averaging a -22 +/- on a whopping 80ACS for the season. But today you’re facing the sentinels and in the first half of the first map, you’re finally fragging. People now say you’re a fragging IGL. You feel good, in fact you’re now talking trash against the opposing team and even standing up, waving your hands, making sure they notice you.

But then the rest of the game plays out, you lost, you posted better numbers this time, probably the best in your entire career. A whopping 120ACS on a -15. You realise you are still useless and will go home re-evaluating your on-stage antics.

You go home and see people bashing you on twitter. You cry to your girlfriend and realise you are a clown for taunting way too early.

Now, I’ve always been a dog lover ever since I was young. I adored those animals so much that I started volunteering at the local animal shelter. Working at the shelter and helping those poor souls with nowhere to go brought me daily fulfillment and happiness. There was one group of dogs that I grew especially fond over as they were just the most majestic looking beasts ever. They used to be prized hunting hounds for some rich British family, winning a couple hunting competitions back in their prime. But, as they grew old and frail, they were abandoned by the pricks. I decided to name them Boaster, Derke, Alfa, Chronicle and Leo.

Now call me sentimental but I became really attached to these dogs, feeding them and playing with them everyday. Hence when Leo passed away due to being too sick, I cried and became depressed. I stopped eating and drank heavily, spiraling my life downwards. However, a new stray canine joined the shelter, filling the void in my broken heart, essentially saving my life. I named him “Hiro” for being a hero that led me to salvation.

One day, I came into the shelter, excited as usual to see my dear dogs. However, they were nowhere to be seen. I asked a fellow volunteer where they were. He replied “FNATIC”. With a sinking stomach, I broke down completely and fell to my knees. I knew my dogs have been put down

Bro, that's not the best in his career; he has been playing since 2020-21.

Listen up, everyone. You think leading Fnatic to victory is hard? With the super team they've got, even I could do it effortlessly! Just look at the lineup: Alfa, Derke, Chronicle, and Leo—each one of them is a living highlight reel. These guys could probably win a 1v5 blindfolded, and you expect me to believe they need some kind of mastermind to guide them? Please.

All I’d have to do is show up, put on the Fnatic jersey, and pretend to strategize while these legends do all the heavy lifting. I’d be chilling, eating snacks, and maybe occasionally yelling 'Great job, team!' to keep up appearances. Let's be real—any loss this team takes has got to be on Boaster. I mean, how do you fumble a bag this stacked?

Just imagine FNC not having to fight 4v5. 10-consecutive Champions titles minimum.
