1)Team Morale and Synergy: Consistent underperformance by any team member can affect overall team morale and synergy. High-pressure situations demand peak performance from all members, and Boaster's current stats indicate a gap that could be filled by a player with stronger individual skills.
2)Opportunity Cost: By maintaining Boaster in the roster, Fnatic may be missing out on other talented players who could bring more firepower and strategic depth. Given the competitive nature of the Valorant scene, every roster spot is crucial for maximizing team potential.
