Like he's so vital to the team (listen to their voicecomms) but at the same time you feel like the team could instantly improve if they just let the other 5 guys play.

Ideally he teaches Leo how to call and lead the team and have derke has a second caller

Recently it's a coinflip each game on which FNC shows up.
The proper team playing fnatic, playing as a unit.
Or the other FNC where the players feel so disconnected from each other, so many instances of players trying to compensate and end up digging themselves deeper.
