Now name a single one competing in VCT.

I'll agree, EMEA certainly comprises MENA by technicality, and their VCL teams go to their ascension, but they're clearly never going to play 'european' teams outside of that and off-season events.

Truth be told, the main reason we don't have any MENA orgs is probably similar to not having any Russian orgs. I'll let you fill in the gaps there ofc.
