Since I have a job, I couldn't watch any of the matches. I restructured my sleep schedule to sleep at 8-9 and wake up at 4:30 to watch the matches and since then I feel so much better. I don't know if its because I'm getting more sleep, waking up earlier, or sleeping earlier but I've felt a boost in my mood and energy.

Thanks Leo Faria

going to sleep super early and waking up super early is a cheat code

Lowkey true. I'm never a sleep early kinda person but I feel way more productive, and my bedtime feels a lot more chill. I actually like want to sleep instead of passing out over exhaustion.

Tbh the way I did it was I woke up at 4 am regardless to watch SEN v Gen G (the first one). I was dogshit tired the next day at work but I got home, went to the gym, ate some dinner and knocked out at 8:30. Since then I've been sleeping around that time. You just have to push through that initial day of being exhausted.
