"Leo Faria was a cornerstone to our operation in Valorant Esports. He worked tirelessly every day to make the scene as entertaining as possible while making professional players feel at ease. We recently have seen some questionable decisions coming from him about the format and schedule of the VCT and VCL and decided to investigate this and have found that Leo Faria has been doing absolutely nothing to help the scene and instead decided to make VCT and VCL a living nightmare with the worst possible formats and schedules imaginable. We have seen consistent complaints coming from fans, professionals, coaches, and teams about the format and scheduling of the VCT and VCL and we have decided to fire Leo Fruadia. This decision was an easy one as Leo Fruadia has done nothing in the past months to provide a solution to these complaints. Instead Leo Fruadia has been ingesting massive amounts of narcotics and alcohol. Now that he has been fired we shall take the necessary steps to rebuild the VCT and VCL and make the formats and schedules as best to our ability with a good amount of matches and breaks every year." - John Riot
