I promise you, unless you have imm aim, getting out of plat is stupid hard. It's way easier if you Q with friends, make your teammates Comm, or hard IGL. That's how I got out of it. Teammates are bound to be ass, everyone is selfish af so team synergy matters. Not really about individual skill.

getting out of plat is easy as soon as you run it down with reyna (if you have good aim).

Never stuck in Plat, I went from Gold straight to diamond 3 after building my PC.

play deathmatch until you get consistent 3rd to 1st places, no spraying, no crouching, go for headshots.

DM is better than aimlabs cause it actually helps your crosshair placements and gets you used to fights across the maps.

Gotcha

If you're playing an initiator, on attack, your main job is to make your duelist's job easier. I don't know how you play, but there's no way you only get 2,3,6 assists playing gekko. Try and set up your util for your teammates to play off more often.

igling in plat or lower is stupidly broken
if you can get your teammates to listen even the stupidest strats work
for example an eco round with glocks on split -> run up A ramp and jump out heaven like maniacs -> flawless eco
