Im 17, unranked, because i dont play, here is my tracker. https://tracker.gg/valorant/profile/riot/SEN%20RTMiS%23senti/overview?playlist=swiftplay ( specifically swiftplay because thats all i play because of time constraints)
I wont hype myself up, but atleast i believe im good.
In some of the matches you might find me bottom fragging, my mouse stops working sometimes.
This is my peak performance(3 aces)
https://tracker.gg/valorant/match/8d0aee3c-6dd4-4c45-b60d-00ee5d13ce02
https://tracker.gg/valorant/match/515a33ed-3437-47d7-86e3-a70db0e1444b (45% hs)
I wont be able to pla properly till im 18. Will that be too late for my dream of joining an esports team?
(ik my avg rank is iron, but thats because i dont play)

i'd say it would take 2-3 years to get from iron to radiant with a few hours of play everyday + mechanics training (range, dm, aimlab maybe) daily + vod review, once you're in radiant you should to join a premier team as soon as possible, try to get a tier 3 spot, then move up to tier 2, then take your shot at tier 1. because this will take 6 years if you're very lucky, i recommend learning how to igl, so you can be valuable to the team even if you're old.

20 medium bots consistently is about gold level. 25+ i would say is low plat (i can get 25+ on good days), if you can consistently get 15-20+ on high bots tho, that is good aiming

I see so its time to move from medium to hard?

nah hard is genuinely hard. i recommend getting consistently 25+ on medium before you move to hard. i get ~25 on medium consistently, but i get like ~10-15 on hard at my best

dude honestly, you can try to be an analyst/assistant coach rather than trying to be a pro player. I am sure there are many VCL SA orgs which will be willing to trial you as an analyst, may even want to contact some people like Godspeedxd who can help you out

But I don't want to be a analyst, I have potential I believe

I would say 18 is kinda late for joining an esports team,
especially if u lack the fundamentals like aim, movements, gamesense, etc. You need consistent training of these fundamentals.

nah its never too late. he's iron, but if he gives it his all, i think in 5-6 years he could have a good shot at tier 2. because he's an analyst, he could igl, which would make him good for about 10 years, giving him a roughly 4-5 year opportunity to make it big.

im really sorry but this game doesnt say much, since the average rank in your best match was iron3.

Do i lack aim? Like i really dont think so, Check my peak perfromance ,i destroy my opponents in swiftplay which are generally gold. I play swiftplay cuz it gives me players highly ranked than me.

swiftplay isn't a good metric. i run it down in swiftplay and drop 15 and then i hop into ranked and drop 5. people in swiftplay are often casuals, edaters, or people just chilling and not really caring. in ranked, its a different story.

go to Aimlabs, download the Voltaic Valorant Benchmarks and do them. Then, go to the Voltaic Website, link ur Aimlab Profile and theyll show you, on what level your aim is

brother im gonna keep it a buck, if you arent radiant in big 2024 youre not making it pro for the next 4 years unless you get a proper coach and grind your ASS off. aspas for example has been playing games when you werent even born yet and all of the t1 pros have years of fps experience

dont take it the harsh way gang, but its just not worth the time anymore, its better to know now and use the time wisely than to spend hours to realize youre not cut for it and the hours going to waste

I'd say the best way for you to test yourself is to get a high immortal or radiant account and play a couple of games.
Believe me when I say this, there are a ton of players out there who practice much more regularly than you do, have insane aim and still don't make it to tier 2, let alone tier 1 of Valorant. Being a pro isn't just about aim, there's lots more to it. There's communication, game sense, discipline, your ability to read the opponents and lots more. There are some 100+ players in India itself, who regularly play scrims in hopes of getting trialed by an org for VCL SA/getting in through premier. Some do this free of cost/invest money and get training online from personal coaches too. There's a lot of hardwork that goes into being a pro.

Having said all this, if you still feel you have the potential and are really good, your best bet of getting noticed is playing premier and making it to the contender rank. If you make it there and are able to get into the playoffs, your team will have a chance of replacing a team that is doing bad in VCL SA. Again, from what I have heard there are some restrictions for playing in tier 2, like you have to be immortal at the time of registration to be eligible to play for a team in VCLs.

My advice: There is no alternate to grinding the game imo. If you want to fast track the progress, you need to be smart about the way you grind the game. Have a squad with whom you can 5 stack maybe. Take a look at some of the free stratbooks available online for each map. Aim train using some tools like Aim Labs and Kovaaks.

And if you feel like being a pro is too much work, just be a content creator. It's also a hard task to be a content creator, but it certainly is easier than being a pro and also has much better incentives/returns to it (considering low salaries in Tier 2 + some fraud orgs which pop up and get closed in months without paying salaries etc)
