if they seriously wanted a good sub they would've picked up any good and proven tier 2 player. also do you seriously think hitting top 1 is difficult for these pro players?

Clout? What kind of clout can he offer to Sentinels, who have tarik as their official streamer AND TenZ, who's their golden boy? I don't like curry either but saying he isn't fit to play T1 is absurd. He received offers from both C9 and 100T to play for them this year. And yes, hitting top 1 isn't that hard per se for any pro player in their comfort role, but doing it on all 4 roles is kind of a big deal and that's why Sentinels got him as their substitute, cause if any of the players get sick or something else happens, he can fit in easily on any role they need.
