One of my unpopular opinion is based on few parameters :

It's hard to judge China
The more a CN team is strong, the more the group is hard
We can have a situation where every 4 teams get grouped, or every 4 team succeed to survive group, depending of how strong is China and if they gap closed

so u can divide the teams except china in every order of seeds like LEV GENG FNC in a bracket,VIT DRX G2 in another bracket and so on.Having ordered them then lower the actual level of CN teams like EDG(1st seed) going to 2nd seed in the other regions(but i dont think edg could beat g2 or vit).You can find the truth then.
If it's not enough to make u understand what i mean i have to prove my english :(

Hot take : I have no trust into LEV, i'm pretty sure i'm biaised, but I don't think they have improved since last master, I think they rely too mush on firepower than on gameplan, sure they beat G2 in a close game, but I don't think this playstyle can work for internation event. In domestic league you have more time to antistrat and expect a team with a lot of firepower to manage to diffuse the team that have a concrete gameplan soi firepower > gameplan, but in inter, you don't have enough time to antistrat, your opponent gameplan, so a team with a good gameplan will be less antistrated and will beat the firepower team that don't really know how to play against this gameplan (Thats may be why G2 is bad at BO5, because usually BO5 is after a break that is long enough to antistrat you)
