not really, otherwise trembolonaRage would have long gotten 4 stars. just as #4 said I think its like reddit karma, where more Frags determine whether you get more or not.

It's reliability and contribution like if you put up fake posts like posts with fake news or something or post for engagement only by using bait or use toxicity in ur posts too much u won't get much stars even after uploading regularly but to get stars u have to post regularly on good topics

it prolly works similar to karma and when mods delete a users stars they just probably add a lot of negative frags or sum and you lose your stars

but you can probably can regain it with getting more upfrags

its just my assumption though i may be completely wrong
