The skins eligible to appear are any gun skins that are classed as Select, Deluxe , or Premium edition, as well as most knife skins that are associated with these edition tiers.
basically the highest tier of weapon skin that you can get is the purple one

personally I would go prelude (assuming it's a vandal)

I get sick of araxys rly fast I can only use it for 1-2 games at a time cause of the shooting sound
