Nah thats just teams having a focus on that region atm
For example in EMEA t2 East is winning the export game atm (crushing everyone except for Russia with 38 exports across all leagues - for comparison turkey is at 11)

Turkey is attractive since you can judge the players on raw mechanics though, with the league having its.... unique playstyle, so teams can be sure theyre getting demons
