Jett is stronger than Raze overall In my opinion. And Killjoy seems to be slightly stronger but that's my very hot take. And Sova just has some irreplaceable things. So Sova ranks a little higher but Skye is probably a close second.

Her ability to get the hell out after entry or continue to roll is much more important than flash

Reyna is the 2nd/3rd at the level of raze phoenix is quite worse and yoru is just a troll pick right now

I agree but there are many news ways to flash with phoenix that is undodgeable. So maybe after the breach nerf and new ways to flash with phoenix, He might be better with flashes and also because he can push with his flashes.

Yeah I've played all 3 enough to know that sage is better than cypher especially after the recent nerfs. Sage is best on split though
