if sen dont make top 3, they qual off champ points, which means 100T wont make it.
if lev dont make top 3 they qual off champ points, which also means 100T wont make it
if g2 dont make top 3, g2 get champ points slot. which also would mean 100T doesn't make it.

im pretty sure the top 3 has to be LEV,G2, and SEN for 100T to make it off champ points

or if 100T win today
and lose vs LOUD
