As an Indian, I would be happier when the Indians I support fail, rather than supporting random foreign players who don't even have any prior hype attached to them, who fail even though they are supposed to be "competitively integral" as chushindera sinha would say.

But instead of a full Indian squad, I would say just pick up the RVNT, or the True Rippers roster, even the VLT roster would work. These rosters consist of 3 Indians and two cracked foreign nationals. Even though I don't particularly care about Kazakhstan, if Dos9 or Sultan goes to some other region, I'll support them for sure, they are cracked, and I respect them.

But, GE will again go and farm some impressions, and then Fail with their GLOBAL Roster, just cuz some fans criticized them on twitter lmao.

Broo If GE signs the whole RNT (including dos9 and Sultan) or TR roster, I bet they won’t win a single match in the entire season. Just look at the level of how international teams play. If you watch SA matches you might get what I am saying.

Geniune plan Sign 10 upcoming players mostly from tier 2 and 3 need not be indian but need to have good aim and game sense
Like

Tricky
Venka.

Sign a good coach who can come with good execs and make them scrim each other until next year.
Run different variations of those 10 players until you can find players perfect for the role.
Ge has something that other teams don't TIME if they start working before champs they can definitely beat some good teams.

If he was even a little smart he could have had an insane roster. He has one of the biggest player bases in the game right now. If only he worked towards a good academy system that would reward both academy players and the current roster. Ge wouldn't be giving pr excuses everytime.

Im sure there are good players in india you just need someone to invest in scouting them clearly GE isn't interested in that

Said it multiple times in past will say it here too - the only roster in India which can compete a tiny bit and won't win anything is the current MLT roster minus Antidote(where you can add good import IGL).
Other rosters even peak unfortunately is not good enough to finish higher than last in their current iteration.
I have never understood the hate that this Ex- EG , Ex- OG core receives compared to other SA teams when they are clearly the best in India not only by results but also by words of other pros and coaches. And honestly they also have the will to grind.

The best team is one that wins as simple as that as for Mr watcher tag go watch Mlt ascent map if you want to think they are best Indian team and compare it with true ripper or vlt.

By your logic in past 2 years here are Indian events and their winners -
MLT core- Split 1 and Split 2 2023 as OG, Tec gauntlet season 10(off season) as OG, Predator Pacific league India qualifier as NoSalaryPeek, Split 1 cup 2 2024 as MLT .
Meanwhile TR won only convergence India qualifier ( MLT core didn't participate as OG had released them).
Rnt roster won only split 2
VLT/GRY roster won only split 1 cup 1.
I can't go back in time since others didn't exist back then only MLT core has survived the test of time and trust me nobody will pick you all up together unless you hv proven you are better than others.
Also I don't want to drag this unnecessarily but your tone was confronting so let me tell you Ascent is MLT's strongest map traditionally and even top teams prefer scrimming with them for that map.
I agree recently TR/VLT had better ideas on ascent but uk still see this-

Even at their worst they keep winning on ascent, their losses are also very close.
Only MDL has better Ascent than them in India.
