if riot wants to develop china and give it seperate slots from apac... there is no reason why south america shouldnt have seperate slots.. more teams in tier 1 for both SA and NA (teams like OXG, M80, DarkZero in tier 1 would be so dope).. really sad no brazil for champs

how is population the sole criteria? if thats the case then india should get its own slots too lol.. south america and tier 2 NA has alot of talent which is either sitting on the sidelines or playing challengers when they can easily compete at the highest level.. especially when the highest level is diluted through reserved slots for chinese teams

also to help with t2 development, the best latam and br teams are not around for t2 teams to practice with for a significant part of the year.
