How to stay consistent guys. I decided to do some push ups and jogging after work today and my heart burning. It’s been years since I last did this. I’m afraid I will end up stopping again when I get bored of it. How do you stay consistent guys? And no I don’t wanna pay for gym membership because Idk how to use the equipments and I’mma be insecure in the gym hahaha

do runs and progressively do more after your more fit.
start with like a light jog around your streets or maybe around a park.

start with walking and work your way up to running, it might take weeks or even months but its all about not overdoing it whilst you're building up the habit

You can do cardio in the gym too, the gym is the least judgmental place in the world trust me. I wouldn't suggest doing weights until your body has a good amount of stamina first. hope this helps

Building stamina is actually my current goal. I just want to be in shape and maybe also build some leg muscles. Idc about upper body workouts (for now). And ngl I might actually be overdoing it always when I decide to get back into it. I’ll keep that in mind

get some friends who go to the gym regularly, when they go to the gym theyll get you to come and you dont have to be the one keeping yourself to a schedule

Start with small goals and slowly progress as you become more consistent with it

Start with short term goals. You don't have to do it in 1 day, maybe 1 week, or even 1 month.

If you are showing signs of improvement, then you can work ur way up to ur long term goals.

(Don't forget to not skip arm and leg day, ans make sure the exercise doesn't give u a lot of comfort as u anticipated, that's fine.)

start hitting the gym
whenever you feel fatigued, that'sa que for not stopping, push yourself more but in consideration.

imagine how you would like to be and picture it so that it keeps you motivated that one day you'll be that guy

if ur coming from a bigger weight bodyweight exercises will b very hard and demotivating.

make sure to lock in with ur diet, bec. that goes hand in hand with exercises.

as another commenter said, start slow, u dont have to push yourself so hard at the start.

if ur goal is legs, u can do squats, bulgarian split squats, and other bodyweight leg stuff.

if u wanna lose weight like preme doe, get a membership, just focus on u and lock in

reply if u need further advice, went from 300 to 205

I jump and move like crazy while watching VCT matches, I have dumbbells in my house so a few reps every round, active movement during the round and intense cardio on timeouts
