Outside of potter, who would be the best replacements for Chet in NRG?

I feel like an underrated candidate is FNS himself, because he's still a pretty good caller on attack side and I think he can come up with strats pretty well. It would also follow the path potter took, wherein she went from IGL to coach.

if ur coming from a bigger weight bodyweight exercises will b very hard and demotivating.

make sure to lock in with ur diet, bec. that goes hand in hand with exercises.

as another commenter said, start slow, u dont have to push yourself so hard at the start.

if ur goal is legs, u can do squats, bulgarian split squats, and other bodyweight leg stuff.

if u wanna lose weight like preme doe, get a membership, just focus on u and lock in
