I know it ain't, this is just a pitch.
Also, the body has a feedback system of substances, everytime an organ releases a substance other parts react,maybe (through testing & research) oils also trigger that feedback system and they do so by increasing sexual hormones absorption/production
Or maybe some other minor enzyme we haven't fully studied
