ignore synergy, assume full off season to adjust to roles

duelist: oxy - raze, neon, etc
initiator: ethan - breach, kayo, yoru, can learn sova if needed
smokes/flex: demon1 - brim, astra, jett, chamber
flex: tenz - omen, gekko, kayo (when its not ethan), sage
igl/flex: fns - viper, cypher, fade

coach: potter

the team has the same flexibility as NRG was supposed to have but with an actual igl
also firepower is more than even 2023 EG because oxy > jawgemo, tenz > c0m and fns igling >= boostio igling
also potter develops her teams the best out of anyone in VCT so this roster threepeats for 5 years in a row until fns retires
