Congrats for your first trophy despite a crowd that's against your team
Would you cheer for CN teams at champs?
ZeRUSia [#5]Based on what we saw at shanghai I really dont want to. But if we behave like them then we are becoming one of them.
True, more hate will just lead to more hate
smartest_vlr_user [#4]I mean we will not be dead silent when they make some super plays at least
As if crowd wasn't cheering for super plays from geng too. Bruh you didn't watch the game with audio?

What did you see? Seriously. I saw the end, the crowd were cherting for geng lifting trophy and after they announced geng won. They were not as loud but still cheering.
You could hear the crowd better on the Japanese stream. Riot's english stream had crowd muted. There were Chinese fans still politely cheering for GenG even though Heretics were favorites, I don't think that is too strange, Korea are often rivals.
I will say, I think DRX would've had more fans in the crowd because they've been around longer.

to me it seemed like they were respectfully clapping, which is quite crazy considering it's china.
but on split they were almost dead silent bro.
i read a lot of posts on korean forums where people were saying they didn't know whether to support edg because they love kk or to not because of how china treated geng
in the end, in korea, we only really respect strong teams. i wouldn't have expected the crowd to not cheer but after geng's treatment at shanghai i wouldn't be surprised if the cn teams receive a similar response.
