alecks forces jinggg to learn other agents. get an assistant coach. If you want to go to extreme measures get alecks a whip and he can hit his players everytime they troll a postplant.
probably assistant coach since prx was the only team at shanghai with a 1 person coaching staff
Alecks need someone (Assistant Coach / Analyst) to think like their enemy and Warbirds is the perfect man to fill in that role, TS beat PRX 2x under him, so he knows where PRX weakness at & help them to fix it.
get a real IGL from the region

Need an amazing IGL that is able control the nerves, over peeking, and impatience. I believe that if there is a Zeus of valorant, he will be a perfect fit
