I think HL is still the best team in BR and they play a style similar to VS. From what I've watched VS > HL > F4Q > VK even if the seeds say otherwise.

There groups were randomly drawn by a fair set or predetermined pools. Do you not want Riot to follow the rules they make? They cant just have someone make the groups manually, even if it seems quite simple and obvious what the fairest set of groups would be, cuz than bias could potentially play a part. They also couldn't make the groups solely based on seeding since each region has a different amount of teams.
