Genuinely curious, I've seen like a billion threads calling for this dude's head but I don't know what he did (Outside of booting Zest, Rb and Stax) to cause such reactions to begin with

Termi, made stax an IGL, (great player, never been a good igl)
he knows stax is a bad IGL (doesn't call timeouts so stax improves calling)
has shit strats (good fundamentals but DRX has ass executes, and they have shit midrounding)
shit roster moves (tried to start a monopoly on KR talent, just for gen.g to use their throwaways to go straight to finals because they actually have a good coach

but who would have replaced glow as their main igl? I think stax was the only option they had along with zest
Termi deserves a LOT. A LOT of credit for the things Vision Strikers and DRX created in pro play but the Map Veto in 2023 is what chewed his achievements away because Masters Tokyo had some of the WORST map veto I have seen in the history of VCT. I think the strat problem coincides with the meta since DRX haven't been great following the end of Initiator meta in 2022 - LOCK//IN 2023 and DRX's failure to adapt for the majority of 2023
