better than Stage 1's format so groups will play groups so we won't have it were one group is 3-3
Mortadelo [#3]Now looking at it's just 1 split not 2, they just decided to put a masters in between
I don't think thats a great way to phrase it, because the 1st and 2nd half (using half to remain neutral in usage) will have huge meta differences, if it was just 1 split like it was last year, no major changes would be made in the middle of it

It's a median solution between having a full round robin, and 2022 EMEA/NA format
Psion [#2]It combines stage 1's results though lol, so in AMER at least 3 teams will probably end 5-5 and it'll come down to map/round diff for the final 1-2 playoff spots
okay well thats dumb, but the teams who were 3-3 have a chance to go 7-4

i think its incredibly smart, also how the fuck is a 3-3 team going to go 7-4 when its only playing 4 games this split?
you meant 7-3?

I'd still call it 1 split, don't think a patch changes that. They change the patch in the middle of the tier 2 splits all the time

thats bc riot doesn't care abt tier 2 like that :(
