The first pistol on Ascent in the DRX vs. LOUD game at Champions 2023 comes to mind. Such an intense way to start a map.

It might be a little recency bias but Jawg's ace to close out the map against NRG might be my new favorite. It was so clean.
Either that or that OT round in GEN G vs SEN when Sacy and Zellsis clutched a 2v3 and won the map.
Editing this one in but also the LOUD vs OPT round where crashies tried right clicking Sacy and left him at like 1 hp.
