Why was g2 lev bad?

I didn’t watch the game because I’m not tryna watch a bo5. But I saw after the game ended that almost all the maps were really close which should mean that it was a banger game right? So why’s everyone saying it was such a bad game? 😭

the gameplay itself was dogshit
both teams were throwing and running around like headless chickens

neither teams cared since they were already qualified for shanghai. they just ran it down

There were more rounds thrown than won normally. G2 could've swept tbh (also why would they not care, they could go to masters playoff no groups and get champs points lol)

It wasn't a bad game. There were some dumb plays on both sides but that happens in every game so who cares

I honestly think both teams played really well. Call me naive but I genuinely enjoyed the series.

So many round where one team have the advantage but somehow still lose the round

The game was unpleasant to watch, it was way too chaotic and stupid sometimes. I just hope this was the result of back to back games and accumulated stress because if this is the level that Americas will show at Masters then it's so fucking over.

if my tech pauses were an hour long too and i didnt have audio for multiple rounds

i wouldnt care abt the matches either

it was actually fun, but what happened is that:

• g2 lost like 8 5v2s , 4v2s
• lev got defused in 4v4s like thrice
• g2 lost a gazillion anti-ecos
• g2 threw the two maps they lost
• tex hit some nasty clutches but was absent the rest of the game
• c0m whiffed like 8 times(lol)
• mazino almost 1v5d but valyn hit an insane shot to deny the ace

you end up showing more strats so you get worse prep for shanghai
not only but it works well for some teams to go through groups to get used to the stage+pressure+crowd

lev's macro was dogshit so g2 kept doing great early round then losing 4vs2s and 5vs2s
both teams just threw many rounds in every map, also they were trying their best idk why people unironically think they're saving strats

it was pretty bad, mainly by lev i'd say
