I understand that it's easy to think out scenarios in your head but it's entirely normal that she didn't care too much about you and thus can't recognize you. As long as you can keep the conversation going, you can make her interested about you. Don't be too pushy tho.
depends on what u msged her with ngl, if u just dumped a whole ass bucket of emotions via the first text message, you mightve fumbled, and her response is sorta understandable. but keep your head up for next time king, try to get to know them (and them you) maybe by talking to them casually more in person to build up a common demeanour and take it from there

honestly? be honest, give them the benefit of the doubt as to why they don't know who you are. its not good practice to think other people are immediately lying (like others are saying, even if it might be a bit common like your scenario)
