why do teams have life games against sen

for example, jawgemo shits the bed for the first couple weeks and then comes back to champs form just for the sen game

aspas goes even more nuclear than he does against other teams and sets a record

and don’t say “ohh sen is just bad ahahah”. they’re not. we are not furia, ge or anything like that. i’m trying to have a serious discussion.

maybe sen and loud are burnt out from madrid and for sen even before that with preseason stuff. even sliggy addressed the burnout, the numerous vods available and how disadvantageous going to madrid was. at least sen got something out of madrid. but loud man. what a bummer with how fast the turnover was for madrid and then shanghai.

maybe that’s it? the burnt out ? sen is the team that has played the most out of any team this year and the offseason stuff too. brutal.

SEN is allowing this to happen

They don’t look as coordinated and sharp individually

They are dysfunctional

the easy answer is sen dont do a good job of neutralizing star players lol

aspas is the goat but you don't get 47 kills unless the other team is just trolling. maybe they have ego that they don't need to play around the opponent star player but xd

their players have no aura unfortunately. the enemies confidence skyrockets 100x when they see zellshits in the server

idk what happened

madrid sen were so coordinated and the team play was there.
they really need to reset mentally and go back to fundamentals.

ig its bcoz Sen was looked up as "the team to beat" after Masters. So it was with that mindset that every team went with. Ig same goes for Pacific, every team went all-in against GenG, RRQ managed to win against them as well. SO yea, ig this is the reason.

its probably is burn out and finding it hard to cope with the sheer amount of anti stratting being done by the opposition

the real question is why can't zekken perform well whenever there is a better duelist player in the server?

first cryo, then aspas, then jawgemo. cant be a coincidence

i mean considering both aspas and jawg going nuclear, they're not shutting the star players off of their game and its costing them a lot if they try to ignore the 20 and 7 duelist on the other team

We see this with every team that fail to evolve. Team just catch to Sen playstyle + team start get more chemistry that SEN had build during offseason

i think its cuz there's a very large sample size of sen's gameplay, meaning teams which are weak but have good coaching can more easily outplay them, and so far sen haven't had a great counter

LEV vs SEN is the proof that SEN is now a very disfunctional team, literally 1 player and a half showed up and it took that to beat SEN

aspas would've broke the record vs both NRG and C9 if his team played as bad as they did vs SEN, wdym. His tournament KD is 1.88 right now and is quite literally having the best start he's ever had to a year, that match vs SEN wasn't his life game at all. If his team stepped up in that match then it would've ended a lot quicker for LEV and aspas wouldn't be breaking any records from having to drag his team to 200 rounds on Lotus vs the masters champions on their map pick they've yet to lose on.

SEN being burnt out is just crazy too, beating EG was supposed to happen and they had a month for that specific match since the GF of Madrid, there's no excuse for them there. The top 2 of last year's LOCK//IN remained dominant a month after the tournament so there's also that.

SEN aren't even close to being out yet on top of that and they're about to face their last two teams that don't even have any wins (although EG also didn't have a win too). Losing their final matches to winless teams is inexcusable unless they're on some mind altering drugs. You can definitely say their loss to EG was just a fluke but blaming anything on burnout is just cope to everyone.

the burnout thing is not crazy at all. sentinels have played so much even dating back to afreecatv and before that. they played an insane amount of tourneys and matches.

if edg can get burnout, so can sen. and it doesn’t have to be physical. mental too.

having a quick turnover from madrid doesn’t help at all. it is disadvantageous per sliggy like toast says.

and we're saying they just don't have breaks? are we gonna assume they're the hardest workers out of any top team out there? I understand the argument for it but idk, teams staying on top isn't a rare occasion. FNC played way more matches ever since losing out in Champions 2022 to winning Masters Tokyo and they weren't burn out, I don't know why SEN is an exception for this. KC, TH, PRX, FPX, , GENG, and EDG are still looking to qualify too.

this burnout excuse is so braindead lmao sen had a two week break from matches after madrid. if that isnt long enough for them to get their shit together then thats just sad

Just admit other teams are good instead of coping and saying everything is a ‘life game’. Other teams caught up to Sen now that they had more practice

(plus sen is ass and was never really that good tbh)

some teams take longer to warm up compared to others, after such a long off-season the better teams might just be waking up.
