It might look like waffling but it's not common to call an enemy in game by their ig name rather than the agent they are playing with.

only one i can remember specifically is someone on nrg naming less in a callout

demon1 said in a interview that they were childhood friend and were seperated so when he was playing against him it reminded him of old days when they used to grind against each other for hours, he got too excited and started calling his name like in the old days
Not one bit, they just played like absolute shit and i am pretty sure they all pretty much gave up half way through that series ( not because their mental was weak , they just realised they were getting hard read and there was nothing to switch up to prolly)
