net was surrounded by a way better supporting cast on tgrd than icy on or, also can't compare the stats between the two of them because they played different roles. there's a reason why they're deciding to pick up icy and drop net

Many tier 1 players joined after that yet managed to find a team. I'm not saying he's a bad player but I don't think he's anything special that justifies replacing neT with him

you are putting words in my mouth. when did I ever say that he's going to be the next n4rrate. my premise was that we don't know unless they are given a shot. Also, from watching n4rrate in his tier2 games, he has moments but by no means was did he show anywhere near what he's showing now from the eye test.
and don't come back and say "so many pros said he's insane!" because many pros say icy is very good too.

i was merely giving an example. and yes n4rrate was good in t2 with a bad team. but people are talking about his stats like they were prime tenz on c9. he had 3 stand out (in terms of stats) games on his tenure on madlions, 2 of which were aginst ORE, a very lackluster team last year.

Go to NA VCL --> Stats. Guess what? N4rrate's the 2nd highest rated duelist after Koalanoob while on a team like Mad Lions

I literally said in multiple replies that I am basing this off the tier 2 and 3 games I have watched. I have watched a lot of those and a majority of the time, he was pretty avg. That's why , IN MY OPINION, I don't think he's an upgrade. Also, the initial person I was arguing with was saying that he's good bc he hit rank 1. Like what? Even Dasnerth's done that.
