I suggest Riot makes the partnered teams make a roster of U21s only from the Country of the Org and have a VCT kind of set up with lower prize pools and online regional leagues.

What do you think?
Also, what Ideas would you suggest?

Definitely do the blue lock style you get 300 valorant players but they're all duelists put them through a series of test and then you get the top tier players and now put them on different roles that fit their playstyle.
