regardless, I think moving Koi up to C is reasonable.
Giants were 1 pistol+ eco win away from 2-0ing KC. and now they have purpo instead of nukkye whose sentinel wasn't anything special

pacific is VERY hard to rank because i don't think their top 3 teams of PRX, GenG, and t1 would be S tier in other regions(even though im not really cross-comparing regions). Like if i say "pacific has 3 S tier teams" it doesn't make sense, and if I say "pacific has no S tier teams" it also doesn't make sense
