He has such a brilliant mind for the game.
Very insightful and interesting post game interview.

The idea to scrim 3v2 / late game scenarios inhouse is super smart.
Optimising aspects of the pracc times and honing in on specific scenarios is clever.

Comp wise a lot variety and freshness to their approaches.

( props to ze1sh , fistie and magnum aswell)

I honestly think GMB would in the same tier as Loud if they were still around :(

i don't, they existed in all of 2022 as M3C and didn't make an international event

it is insane he wasnt on franchise in 2023
and more insane that his only t1 offer was KC this year

TSM did him dirty

When there is a war it becomes really hard to focus, also they didn’t have support of the org back then not to mention they were .002 seconds from qualifying to Iceland. UNFAIR COMPARISON REALLY

They had no scrim practice due to moving around constantly because of visa issues with Russia Lmao. Despite the lack of scrims they still pulled off some close games

yeah and they were in the middle of massive war with 0 org support, u have no idea how hard life was in russia during the ukraine war if ur job relied on international services, for example, gambit couldnt even pay them

I remember in 2021 after season was over, he posted his spreadsheet on twt on the amount of scrims and kind of pracfice they did the entire year, it was insane amount of scrims. like so much more compared to the other top teams

I never understood how he was only offered a assistant coach position. Was it solely because of his english?

there was a war happening and the org backing was sketchy. they played 5 intl qualifying matches and lost all

yall act like I don't know there was a war going on. The reason they wouldn't be as good as LOUD is because d3ffo isn't up to par anymore, he hasn't been in tier 1 since leaving GMB while all 4 of the others have

Regardless of what happened in 2023, kc looks perfect for him.
It seemed like they gave him a lot of faith to rebuild the team, and he has repaid them 10 fold.

Even if they lost today, what this roster has shown so far is still remarkable.
Beating fnatic is the icing on the cake and statement that KC are ready to fight for championships.

There were no full Russian speaking teams anymore. So he learnt English and learnt how to be a coach in English speaking team in TSM
He improved himself last year (he said so on his streams)
