Not really, both are bald, they are a little bit similar, but i think is mor a a culture thing, in chile we dont have racial crimes or that kind of problems, but in brazil yes, so im its common to use some insults and words that if you say that in other countries like brazil you could even go to prison xd, but yeah, for me that isnt racist
