Sleep early bro like 7 pm or 8 pm. Or sleep when u rest time (at ur work) like around (10 - 12 am) there's thousand tips make u sleep in 1 hours when u wake up it's feels refreshing rather than sleep 6 hours in night time, but u need sleep after u came home or it will be ruin ur schedule sleep

i work 3-9 or 4-9 so id get home tired as shit but then id take like a 2 hour nap and then wake up an hour or two before the matches start
