they have been practicing with zellsis since the sen invitational.

they had all this time to release him but choose not too like nzr. mibr or furia would be elevated as a team and happy to take him.

i know it’s a business but stoping his career until maybe 2025 is beyond fucked. stop defending the shit org that is sentinels.

also to let everyone know, pancada never wanted to play senti but did so for the sake of the team if you watched his streams.

he also never signed up to be a 6th man, zellsis knew going in that he was on the bench and a 6th man.

the whole situation is so messed up.

i actually agree with both your points to some degree, zellsis maybe a title winning player but the thing here is he MAYBE while pancada IS a title winning player, there is a difference

How tf u gonna blame the two best performing players? Not a huge C9 fan, but id say the problems last season were the other three players not performing well. Zellsis brings a lot of experience, but (in hindsight) runi and Jake were already dead-weights.

no, you CAN win champs with a guy like Zellsis. the difference between zellsis and pancada is that zellsis is the hype man of the team and always find a way to bring the morale up and has top tier comms. pancada is more of a independent player as he is capable of doing things on his own. so this team could work. i judt find it criminal how tenz is on the starting roster as flex controller. when you literally have a world champion controller in pancada and s tier flex player in zellsis

this ^. If other teams wanted him they would pay his buyout. People can't just expect SEN to let him go for free especially with their current economy.

Also pancada didn't say he wants to leave till now it means he either wants to fight for his spot or he is ok with being benched because if you think about it they can't force him to stay if he wants to leave

Why would they just release someone for free? It's a business, they're not giving away players that are still in contract. paNcada could've announced being a restricted F/A months ago (ever since zellsis stepped in) if he wanted, but he didn't. Y'all love to assume things when the player himself never said he wanted to be released.

like i do agree the situation is kinda shit, the esports scene is just not that flooded in money to just rescind his contract for free. Hope he can get a negotation to see him play in the future tho

You don't want SEN to release him you want SEN to lay him off. There's no good reason for SEN to release Pancada. First of all of they do it for free they lose money. Second of all if a team REALLY wanted him they would pay the buyout. And third of all if he gets released it's more likely he will end up jobless for 2024 considering most rosters are complete and he would most likely be stuck with MIBR.
