question about getting permanently banned

so basically i was playing valorant with my friends and suddenly i got permanently banned, i was actually confused and pissed at that time because i did not used any 3rd party software, but later when i checked background apps i realised that my lil brother installed cs2 wallhacks to my pc to cheat and it somehow cost me my account (i spent fking close to $1000 to that acc)

of course i wrote to game support, but some ppl telling me it is not gonna work, because they don't read your message if it is about banned acc

so is it really impossible to get back my acc? what do you suggest me to do?

usually riot doesnt go back on their bans unless they legitimately did it wrongly or too harshly

I let my “friend” borrow my Immortal Alt account, because he wanted to test different agents.

One hour later he said the account got banned and he didn’t know why. Turns out he gave my Alt account to a cheater, and they duo’d together, and then my Alt account got banned.

Made a support ticket but Riot said they couldn’t undo the ban. I really liked that account because it had the Immortal Episode 1 buddy too.

It’s okay because I got my “friend” on my team a few weeks later, and then I trolled his game as payback lol
