TLDR-

GE were going to continue with ayrin,monyet and bazzi
Monyet had offers from almost all pacific teams and prx one was not the highes buyout but ge decided it would be best for the both parties
Benkai himself wanted to explore non igl capability he is still co igl
When monyet left,spin thought roster with lesser cultural and language barrier would be better so they have to let go of bazzi and skrossi was not fitting in the direction they wanted to go in
GE wanted players from ascension teams but had huge buyouts and orgs would not even let player for tryout or coms were in other languages
they wanted to sign jemkin but he chose rrq, kr1stal and polvi were main import option
GE was8th placed team and players are not interested in their org mainly kekw
Russ is not a nepo pick spin had to sort out all things he had no talks with russ prev2 years and there was prolly some fight too
spin thinks polvi as best player in doing his role again and again of creating space he unlike rossi does not give 2 damn whther he dies in doing his role or not

MY views on ge fanbase bashing out ge for not getting tier1 players-
GE is just a shit project that no players are interested in they dont have a bag + the worst fans for mentality+ you gotta keep that mandatory indian which just automatically nerfs the team not only in game but also with visa and bootcamp, why would international player even consider them unless it is their last option?The only option you get with those conditions are ex t1 pros or tier2 players

Bro talks like he knows a lot of shit. I know Rossi isn't a good player but atleast let's not forget that Spin himself is a fraud. I remember him saying in the LCQ GE video that they were heavily strated against RRQ in LCQ. Yet no one saw any strats from him, he was getting read left and right. Even in timeouts he wasn't able to do anything.

SPIN is just hiding his incompetence as a coach by making rossi a scapegoat. If GE fires him today not even a decent Tier 2 organisation would give him the coach job, forget about Franchise.

And I am not defending Skrossi. He is a bot but Spin himself is not a tier 1 coach, talks big like he knows a lot. But he is just a fraud

you are plat only if you knew strats and reads were on point, look at ge vs drx ge vs geng it was ayrin slight slip ups in skye and skrossi getting desperate when he had low kills in RRQ game, bro sayin like ge lost 13-0 or some shit it was 13-10/11 one team had to go home and sadly it was ge that day for reasons completely out of spin hand, spin did not even choose players

Ge vs DRX and GE vs GENG. Eraser was the head coach that time and he was good. I remember seeing the voice comms and Eraser was right most of the time. He had strated against those teams well and was also reading the opponent strats properly. Most of his strats were right against teams. While not once I have seen SPin make the right call when he was the head coach

When Spin joined the team they won only one game against DFM and lost all the games against team secret and RRQ. He isn't good my guy.

When Eraser was the coach he scouted players like Monyet Texture Bazzi. When Spin became the coach he scouted Russ Polvi💀. That too Two of his Players that he coached. Russ who was getting rejected by Tier 2 team in the trials😂. He couldn't scoutOne craacked player. Shows a lot about how much he knows tier 2 seen and his knowledge about upcoming players

Spin said Rossi confidence was low towards end of season/LCQ cause he can’t get high kill + teammate didn’t trust him.
Spin also said towards end of season individual players beginning to bait kills so they can maintain their spot in tier 1.
Rossi did tweet at end of season apologising to his teammate for holding them back from getting better result.

Guess someone bait kill their teammate, cause trust issue, and cause other player to depart. Maybe that someone IS THE PROBLEM.
